Meghan was born August 4th, 1988 in Invermere, B.C. Canada which makes her a Leo sun, Libra Rising & Taurus Moon. She is a writer, yoga & fitness instructor, chef, and creative design specialist currently living in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Her mission is to reduce shame & stigmas surrounding taboo topics, promote societal & cultural growth, and share her stories in order to inspire, educate, and connect with her community.
